Bobbie Riley is a seasoned Retail Pharmacy Executive known for building, leading and motivating highly-accountable teams regarded for energy, morale and results. In over 20 years working in the pharmacy industry, she has held roles in key functional areas in the pharmacy market, including pharmacy compliance, government affairs, operations and talent management/recruiting.
At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Ms. Riley is responsible for developing strategy and product innovations that leverage LexisNexis Health Care’s core data assets to serve the needs of the Pharmacy and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) markets. In this role, she serves as a conduit between the product development organization, the sales team and the market planning organization to help LexisNexis Health Care create leading edge data and analytic solutions that address Pharmacy and PBM pain points in today’s fast-evolving health care industry.

A pharmacist by education with retail pharmacy leadership experience, as well as having an independent pharmacy in the family, Ms. Riley is passionate about using data and analytics to help pharmacists solve key industry challenges. These range from helping pharmacists and PBMs anticipate needed changes in process as the healthcare industry shifts reimbursement from fee-for-service to value-based payments to enabling pharmacists to meet compliance requirements of state and federal governing authorities and regulatory agencies, such as the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Boards of Pharmacy.
