About the Team: Are you looking to join an industry-leading sales organization? Our sales team is dedicated to partnering with organizations to reduce risk and increase employee engagement. About the Role: You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within our existing client base of up to 500 FTE accounts. You will prospect and qualify leads, establish relationships, and provide product demonstrations, selling across the portfolio suite. Your focus will be on building great customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the company's business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Monitoring a range of information sources on a regular basis to stay in touch with our markets.
  • Creating a high-quality pipeline and ensuring that all pipeline activity is accurately documented in the CRM system.
  • Understanding customer and prospects’ goals and objectives, overall business requirements, and advising them on how Brightmine can help.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
  • Selling multiple products across the Brightmine portfolio.
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to meet revenue and profit targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization.
  • In-depth understanding of Brightmine solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
