Giving back

Giving back to our local communities and supporting the wider environment are key to running a responsible business. That’s why we have a range of corporate social responsibility programs and initiatives, including:

Skills-based volunteering

We pair local non-profits with talented teams to solve their most pressing challenges, whether that’s creating websites, developing internal business processes or running fundraising campaigns on social media.

Community volunteering

Our employees use their two volunteering days to help build homes, package food for the needy, renovate schools and shelters, fundraise for hospitals and much more. Last year our people spent over 46,000 hours volunteering.

Data for Good

We’ve partnered with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children to create the ADAM program (Automated Delivery of Alerts on Missing Children), to help locate missing children. Designed, donated and managed by us, the ADAM Program has helped in the recovery of over 180 missing children.

Green Teams

Our global employee-led Green Teams work hard to reduce our carbon footprint and that of our suppliers and customers. We’re working to reduce our energy usage, reducing the waste we send to landfill and cutting our plastic and paper usage. We also encourage programs such as cycling to work and car sharing.
