“The values of Risk Solutions captivated me, but what resonated most during my research was the company's culture of inclusion. I felt an immediate sense of community and belonging. Sales Apprenticeship – The Risk Aspire & Excel Programme

Our Sales Apprenticeship programme is designed to turn early-career individuals into skilled sales professionals with effective selling tools and techniques to maximise their potential.

This comprehensive two-year learning programme culminates in a Sales Executive qualification, which is equivalent to a foundation degree (Sales Certification Level 4 accredited by the Institute of Sales Professionals, ISP).

Participants in this B2B sales programme will actively sell our products and services to various businesses, helping them address challenges, make informed decisions, ensure compliance, minimise risk, and enhance their business skills across several sectors, including financial services, collections and payments, insurance, aviation, chemicals and commodities, and human resources.

People, Culture & Belonging

We offer a variety of employee programmes and learning opportunities, including employee resource groups (ERGs), inclusion events, courageous conversations (listening circles), wellbeing, psychological safety resources, and self-directed learning courses tailored to accommodate a wide range of learning styles and preferences.

Our mission is to maintain a clear pathway for learning and development while nurturing a psychologically safe environment where employees can collaborate and communicate freely, without fear of discrimination, criticism, or exclusion. This approach fosters a culture where everyone, regardless of their position, feels secure and genuinely experiences a sense of belonging.
