Our brands provide customers with innovative technologies, information-based analytics, decisioning tools and data management services that help them solve problems, make better decisions, stay compliant, reduce risk and improve operations.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is headquartered in metro-Atlanta, Georgia and operates within the Risk market segment of RELX, a multinational information and analytics company based in London.

Our Data Services businesses are part of the Risk portfolio with main offices based in the U.K., U.S. and Netherlands, and go to market under the following brands:

Legal Entities

We operate globally under several legal entities which are appropriate for the different countries in which we do business. LNRS Data Services Inc and LNRS Data Services Limited are legal entities we use in the U.S. and the U.K., so you may see these names, or one of our other legal entities, on your order form or invoice. Third Party Applicable Terms

CME Market Data (ICIS Clarity). To the extent ICIS Clarity™ provides access to market data originating from CME Group (“CME Information”), such access is subject only in respect of that CME Information to the CME Subscriber Addendum available at https://www.cmegroup.com/market-data/files/ILA-Subscriber-Addendum.pdf, which is incorporated by reference to our terms and conditions for our services and data products for this limited purpose. CME Information may not be redistributed, reverse‑engineered or used to create derivative works, and may not be used in automated or semi‑automated trading systems unless the user holds a separate direct licence with CME. The CME Subscriber Addendum applies solely to CME Information and does not apply to ICIS analytics, proprietary content or any other ICIS or LNRS services; in the event of conflict, it prevails only with respect to CME Information, and CME Group is not otherwise a party to the user’s agreement with ICIS.
