Monica Milner

Monica Milner is product principal for Insurance Market Education within LexisNexis Risk Solutions. In this role, Monica is a senior resource dedicated to educating the insurance market on the company’s benefits for consumers and insurers, governance and product development principles and innovation for the industry. Monica’s work involves collaborating closely with state departments of insurance across the US, where she is recognized as a trusted resource regarding current and emerging or relevant industry matters.

Monica brings more than 20 years of regulatory compliance experience within life, accident and health, and property and casualty insurance. Before joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, she held various leadership positions, including serving as a compliance officer for QBE and Aflac. She also successfully managed her own consulting business, where she provided expert compliance guidance to a range of clients.

Monica's expertise includes the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate compliance programs. She has extensive experience in research and interpretation of insurance regulations, regulatory oversight, risk assessment, monitoring, and incident handling. Her work has consistently focused on enhancing compliance functions through control design, data analytics, and training program improvements.

Monica holds a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Northeastern University. She is also a designated Market Conduct Management (MCM) professional, certified by the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society, and is certified by the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP) with her CRCMP, Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional.
