Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) serve to educate and celebrate our employees. These groups help create a sense of belonging and allow employees to be their authentic selves

Our Employee Resource Groups are the heart of our Culture. Our first ERG was established over twenty years ago, and we have continued to grow to over 25 groups globally. Each year we hold over 180 events, recognizing everything from Diwali, International Women’s Day, Mental Health Awareness, Black History Month, Juneteenth, Pride, and much more. Each year our employees are given two days to attend ERG events and last year over 30% of our employees took part.

Women Connected

Our Inclusion Council

In 2020, we launched our Inclusion Council, chaired by our CEO Mark Kelsey, to ensure that we are taking the right actions to maintain our culture of belonging.

The Inclusion Council is made up of leaders from across LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and focuses on ensuring that we hire and promote the best people for our business, that we reach out to the widest candidate pool for external talent, and that we know and deliver on the needs of our employees.

Our Council represents many different backgrounds and lived experiences.  The purpose of the Council is to:

  • Serve as an advocacy and advisory group for how we continue to develop a culture of belonging.
  • Learn from and support the employee voices our ERG groups represent.
  • Sponsor and embed our inclusive culture programming .

Our Living Well Program

We're passionate about health and wellbeing; they're such important enablers to living a fulfilling and purposeful life.
It's our mission to help keep our employees physically and mentally happy.

Living Well

Our Living Well program brings wellbeing initiatives and activities to our people around the world.

  • Our established Mental Health Program includes a global network of employees trained as Mental Health First Responders and Menopause Mentors, and our network of dedicated Living Well Champions brings wellbeing initiatives to many of our offices.
  • We offer our people managers courses in Positive Leadership to help them hone their soft-skills and to bring elements of wellbeing to the management of their teams, and we host mental health and menopause awareness training for our managers and our employees. Our employee assistance program is on hand 24/7 to help our colleagues.
  • We host global Virtual Vitality events, as well as webinars and fitness classes, gym discounts and a free mindfulness app.
We have trained over 70 employees as Mental Health First Responders and Menopause Mentors. They are based in our offices across the globe to help support our people.
