WASHINGTON DC and ATLANTA, – A LexisNexis® Risk Solutions executive known for her innovative work with federal health care agencies was named one of the top 100 influencers driving change in the federal health information technology industry.
Suzanne Charleston, senior business development executive at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, was named to the 2017 FedHealthIT 100 list sponsored by FedHealthIT magazine. It is an honor given to individuals recognized for their good work in advancing the federal health IT market. Nominated and chosen by peers, those selected were cited for the desire and willingness to challenge conventional wisdom, to go above and beyond, to drive innovation, and to give back to the larger federal health IT and consulting community.
Charleston has extensive experience in the public and private sectors with a focus on supporting federal healthcare and human services agencies. She works within the LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ government health and human services business, leveraging her extensive industry and customer knowledge to help agencies fight fraud, waste and abuse using identity intelligence.
Charleston is vice president of the National Contract Management Association’s (NCMA) Woodlawn Chapter, where she focuses primarily on civilian health and works closely with federal healthcare agencies. She is also Board Secretary of the HIMSS National Capital Area Chapter, the only federally focused chapter.
“The 2017 FedHealthIT 100 reaffirms what we’ve long known: that Suzanne has an incredible wealth of knowledge about the regulations, policies and strategic initiatives that are impacting federal health agencies,” said Haywood Talcove, CEO, Government, LexisNexis Risk Solutions. “No one has a better grasp on how to use identity intelligence to drive effectiveness in the federal healthcare community.”
