Payback on connected car technology:
What consumers want shared at the Consumer Telematics Show and CES 2019

LAS VEGAS — The Consumer Electronics Show 2019 will provide a platform for LexisNexis Risk Solutions to showcase its connected car UBI (usage-based insurance) solutions in production and how the LexisNexis Telematics Exchange connects insurers and automakers to create the frictionless consumer experience. At CTS held on January 7 prior to CES 2019, Adam Hudson, GM and Senior Director, Connected Car Solutions, LexisNexis Risk Solutions delivered a keynote presentation, Accelerating the progress of Telematics in the USA: All About the Consumer,” to 500-plus senior automotive influencers, and David Lukens, Senior Director, Global Product Management, participated in a panel discussion about the ‘User Experience for the Connected Car.’

LexisNexis Risk Solutions shared insights from its work with automakers in engaging consumers to save money on their auto insurance premium, improve their driving behavior potentially creating safer roads and get other value-added benefits. LexisNexis highlighted how this increased engagement can influence brand loyalty and help organization better segment and market to consumers.
