Katherine Lunn is executive vice president, Human Resources and Corporate Services for the portfolio of brands under LexisNexis® Risk Solutions Group.
In this position, Katherine leads the development and implementation of all Human Resources strategies that help drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement for the organization and its more than 8,500 employees.
Previously, Katherine served as Head of Talent Development at RELX, where she was responsible for the delivery of the talent development strategy and priorities. Katherine joined RELX in 2012 as Human Resources Director, U.K. for Elsevier. In 2015, Katherine moved to the Risk & Business Analytics business as Head of Human Resources for Reed Business Information before transitioning to Head of Talent Development for RELX in May 2018.
Katherine began her Human Resources career at Diageo before moving to Thomson Reuters where she spent seven years progressing her career, including spending a significant amount of time in the United States. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brunel University. She is based in London.
