Chris McDermott

Chris McDermott is Head of Social Security Solutions, leading strategy and growth supporting the Social Security Administration (SSA). A former member of the Senior Executive Service, he brings nearly two decades of federal experience across operations and policy components, most recently serving as Associate Commissioner for Data Exchange, Policy Publications, and International Negotiations at SSA. He is recognized for building trusted partnerships, advancing digital transformation, and strengthening data sharing and privacy practices. He holds executive education credentials from Harvard Kennedy School and the Brookings Institution and is a nominated member of the National Academy of Social Insurance.
