Felicia McElhaney

Felicia McElhaney is responsible for helping accelerate LexisNexis® Risk Solutions innovation engine, tighten alignment with VOC, and support speed-to-value for customers. Additionally, she's worked closely with actuaries, technology partners and marketing to develop and bring innovative life products to the market.

Felicia joins us from the start-up Day forward, where she was Chief Underwriter and Director of Claims responsible for establishing overall underwriting philosophy and creating data-driven programs, scoring engines and risk tolerance rules. She is passionate about the internal and external user experience.
