Mr. Breslin is a retired federal law enforcement senior executive with 24 years of law enforcement and homeland security experience, most of it with the U.S. Secret Service’s integrated investigations and protective mission. As Deputy Assistant Director in the Office of Investigations, he oversaw 162 domestic and overseas field offices and led high-profile transnational cyber and financial crime investigations. He coordinated the 2015 Papal Visit to Philadelphia (an NSSE) and served as Federal Coordinator for the 2016 Mexico–U.S. border visit. He holds graduate credentials in national security strategy and public administration and is a published author.
