LexisNexis Risk Solutions Launches Independent Foundation to Drive Long-Term Social Impact

ATLANTA — LexisNexis Risk Solutions today announced the launch of the LexisNexis® Risk Solutions Foundation, an independent corporate foundation created to strengthen and scale the company’s long-term social impact through structured, strategic grant making.

The Foundation represents a significant evolution in the company’s approach to philanthropy. Built with formal governance, clear funding priorities, and transparent reporting, it applies the same rigor to social investment that LexisNexis® Risk Solutions brings to managing risk in its core business.

Operating as a selective, invitation-only grant maker, the Foundation will focus on areas where risk, data, online safety, and opportunity intersect - and where the company’s expertise in analytics and information can help deliver measurable, lasting progress. While complementing existing CSR programs, the Foundation is designed to take a longer-term view, addressing systemic challenges with sustained focus and accountability.

Governance Built for Credibility

 The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors with audit and risk oversight. Day-to-day operations are led by Foundation Director Monica Garrett reporting to the Board. Grant activity and outcomes will be publicly disclosed annually in line with the Foundation’s Transparency Policy and regulatory requirements.
