Initiate a Flyreel inspection by emailing or texting your customer a customized invitation. Your customer gets clear instructions from the Flyreel virtual assistant to help them confidently and accurately scan their property. 

After the property survey is complete, you will receive an actionable report that includes AI-assisted attributes (based on your individual underwriting rules) that can help determine which properties can be fast-tracked and which ones would require manual review.

FAQ

Because Flyreel uses a native app on the insured’s mobile device, there is no ability to ‘upload’ files (photos or videos) when capturing images. Therefore, we know the photo or video was taken on the device. We also know where it was taken because each response in the conversation is geo-tagged, so you can have confidence the inspection has been completed for the right property.
Our computer vision models are trained off hundreds of thousands of test images and hundreds of thousands of real-world images. We backstop computer vision findings with a manual quality review to make sure the findings are accurate and to help train our models even further.
All of our data is encrypted and our security protocols follow industry standards. We are happy to engage our security team partners to discuss further if desired.   
Pricing is based on completed inspections. You don’t pay for inspections that the user doesn’t complete.
It typically takes 4-6 weeks to implement Flyreel. The most time-consuming piece is customizing what you want to capture. We can help you launch quickly, then continue to make updates or additions to the email templates or survey conversation as you go. 
We did a demographics study of all completed Flyreels and found completion rates were consistent across all ages and home values. We’ve also found that both urban and rural policyholders use Flyreel. Finally, some carriers express concern that some policyholders, especially older ones, may not have a smartphone. We rarely run into instances in which a policyholder doesn’t have a smartphone that can operate Flyreel.
