About our Team

The Insurance Solutions Operations team supports the quality, accuracy, and maintenance of critical law enforcement agency data used within LexisNexis Risk Solutions' insurance products and services. Working collaboratively across internal departments and external agencies, the team ensures data integrity, conducts quality reviews, and supports efficient processes that help deliver trusted information and insights to customers. Through a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement, the team plays an important role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the insurance industry.


About the Role

As a Database Operations Analyst, you will support the maintenance, quality, and accuracy of law enforcement agency information and related databases. You will work with internal teams and external agencies to process information, perform quality reviews, resolve inquiries, and contribute to efficient workflows that support business and customer needs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and demonstrate a solid understanding of database creation and monitoring of law enforcement agencies.
  • Perform routine administrative assignments including reviewing, compiling, organizing, and maintaining databases and production tasks.
  • Maintain law enforcement agency information and process responses received from agencies.
  • Conduct quality control audits and validate the accuracy of information against internal databases.
  • Research, download, process, and validate publicly available law enforcement records.
  • Contact law enforcement agencies for status updates and process clarification as needed.
  • Address internal customer inquiries and identify issues within systems using analytical reasoning and increasing subject matter knowledge.
  • Support process improvements and workflows while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, including occasional evening and weekend availability.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or greater.
  • Experience related to database maintenance and customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient listening, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork while demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and inclusion.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $33,500 - $55,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
