Launch your career in technology with real-world impact from day one.

The Tech Accelerate Graduate (TAG) Program is a 12-month rotational program designed to develop early-career Software Engineers through hands-on experience across key technical areas.

Participants join as full-time engineers after completing their undergraduate degrees and contribute to real team deliverables from day one. Through two 6-month rotations, engineers build strong foundational skills while gaining exposure to different areas of Risk Technology.

  • Contribute to production code and real team deliverables
  • Work across modern technologies (cloud, data, AI, DevOps, and more)
  • Collaborate with engineers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in code reviews, standups, and team workflows
  • Build a strong foundation in software engineering best practices
TAG Group Onboarding

Build real systems. Work with experienced engineers.
Find the path that’s right for you.

Our rotational program gives you exposure to different teams and helps you explore the path that’s right for you. Following program completion, engineers transition into roles aligned with business needs and individual strengths, with potential placements in areas such as software engineering, site reliability engineering, information security, systems engineering and data-focused roles.

Life in the TAG Program

Alongside real engineering work, TAG is designed to help you build your network, confidence, and community from day one.

You’ll join a cohort of peers going through the program alongside you, creating strong connections early and building relationships that carry beyond your rotations.
Outside of your day-to-day work, you’ll have opportunities to get involved across the organization:

  • Networking with senior leaders through dedicated sessions and onboarding events
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) focused on community, inclusion, and professional development
  • Volunteer and community events across local and global teams
  • Presentations, panels, and innovation challenges that highlight technical skills and collaboration
  • Cohort and team events that help you build connections outside of day-to-day work
  • Active activities and office events, engaging workplace culture supported by team events, social activities, and on‑site amenities
