The Customer Communications Center of Excellence leads engagement and communication with internal and external customers, focused on client-impacting change events driven by Product, Technology, Security, and Compliance.
 

About the Role
 

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you'll assist consultants and project managers in the Customer Communications Center of Excellence. Your duties involve rebranding our content, enhancing our central SharePoint site, and creating templates.

The program runs from May 19, 2025, to July 25, 2025, and is open to junior students graduating in May 2026. This internship is based in Alpharetta, GA, with no relocation assistance provided.
 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with program managers to identify requirements for an enhanced Communications Center of Excellence portal.

  • Identifying and making recommendations for improvement to existing processes.

  • Making enhancements to the Center of Excellence SharePoint site, including tagging, searchability, templates for future microsites, and user feedback. 

  • Managing all phases of the project through the development process.

  • Implementing requirements incrementally into the portal by priority and need.

  • Maintaining ownership of and accountability for the project schedule.

  • Performing basic analysis related to project tasks and effectively communicating project status.


Requirements

  • Be a currently enrolled bachelor’s student pursuing an education in business, communications, management, or a related field of study. Must be graduating in May 2026.

  • Have knowledge of fundamental project management principles.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for project management. SharePoint experience is highly valued, and MS Visio experience is advantageous.

  • Possess excellent organization/project planning and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

  • Be detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
