When do you expect to have your staff back in the offices?
The dates will vary by geography, and LexisNexis Risk Solutions and our parent company RELX will follow local government regulations and guidelines (e.g. phased capacity limits, cleaning requirements). The targeted date for office-readiness will be approximately 3-4 weeks after the applicable government’s easing of restrictions and the office lead executive and Incident Management Teams (IMT) will decide when they will open the site. Some offices in less affected areas have opened. Employees located at sites that are reopened may return on a voluntary basis. Working-from-home arrangements will continue to be a much more prominent way in which we operate for the foreseeable future.

Do you have any concerns about staff returning?
No. The decision to return to the office will be made by employees on a voluntary basis. We are currently in the midst of soft openings at several of our office locations. Our plans include physical distancing measures such as pre-scheduled office/workspace rotation, phased capacity limits, thorough cleaning and following mandated government regulations, including any requirements such as the wearing of protective items. The health of our employees is of utmost importance to us.
